The wonderful variety that is emotions.
I admit that I get worked up easy.
That I get frustrated easy.
That I like things my own way.
I'll even admit that I'm spoiled.
All these things, I can deal with.
But I'm struggling with a lot of anger these days.
And I'm absolutely cluesless as to what to do about it.

I dealt with a lot of anger over Christmas - and found only two things helped to relieve it: a) recognize what is making you angry and b) talk about it with someone who can be objective and/or sympathetic.
Exercise is a good release as well - running always helps me when I'm angry as well, and so does kickboxing.
You know you've got your sisters, and your friends too, so there's no shortage of people to talk to.
